This week brought an explosion of green in the yard, and lots of yellows too (finches, buttercups, dandelions). I stitched in red a couple of times, as well—for the cardinals who sing so beautifully in the early mornings.
I'm enjoying stitching circles and glad I chose them as the focus for this month. Within the general limitation of "stitch at least one circle each day," there's been room for plenty of variation and playful improvisation—which seems just right for the month of May.

Thank you, Susan!
What brand of thread are you embroidering with and what size? Love the look of your work.
Thanks
Kaye Hardy
Hi Kaye. I'm using Valdani perle cotton, sizes vary - 8, 10, 12, but most are 10.
