Another week has flown by—one that brought cold, snow, rain, and even 60-degree temps. It's certainly been an unusual winter here in New England!
For this month's piece in my yearlong stitch journal, I've been focusing on layers, adding pieces of walnut-dyed linen as I go. I'm trying to integrate the stitches and fabric scraps into a balanced whole, but keep the composition a little off kilter, too, to reflect how crazy the month has been, weather wise.
